Michael Pogorzhelsky has been involved in the management of Condominium and Homeowner Associations for over 18 years. He is a skilled professional who is involved in the administration, property management, general maintenance, construction and the budget preparation process of Community Associations.

Mr. Pogorzhelsky successfully developed an apartment community in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. His expertise lies in construction, maintenance, landscaping and snow Removal.

In addition, Mr. Pogorzhelsky successfully completed all courses of the Professional Management Development Program, sponsored by the Community Associations Institute. In February of 1992, he received his A.M.S. Designation (Association Management Specialist).
