Richard Miller has been involved in the real estate management for over 16 years. His experience involves apartment buildings, mini malls, office buildings, office condominiums and residential condominium communities. Prior to this field, Mr. Miller served as a program analyst and a program designer for a New York based real estate management firm.

Currently Mr. Miller serves as the State Treasurer for the Coalition of Associations for Political Action (CAPA). CAPA is a coalition organized to fight double taxation and other inequities, which community associations may face. Mr. Miller is one of the founders of CAPA.

Mr. Miller continues to attend educational seminars in the management field in order to meet the challenging needs of community associations. Mr. Miller believes that an Association can only be as good as the people involved in running it.
